This may be an issue with the other mods, but I thought I’d put it here.
Some mods that change worldgen seem to affect worldgen in the aether. There are several that do the same thing, but I haven’t found all of them yet.
While BoP is installed (v7.0.12417):
-Basic nether ores makes no ores generate in the Aether
-some other mod also does this, as without nether ores installed and the rest of the pack installed there are still no ores.
-Numerous mods appear to affect the biome generation. For example, with abyssalcraft installed (v1.9.6) the arctic peaks generates with the snow in a weird grid/stripe pattern, with the snow part counted as arctic peaks and the part without snow as aether void. Natura also does this, along with a few other mods that change world generation. Since they do the same thing, I figure it might be a similar issue.
-Also, with some other mods installed, the aether counts as ‘highlands’ instead of aether void and the striping issue is still present.
-Nether Ores does not affect worldgen
-Natura does not affect worldgen
-Abyssalcraft affects worldgen
The overworld appears to generate normally with these 3 mods and BoP installed, along with the Nether.
The magnetic islands also generate without flowers or grass, orange trees still appear, and the columns do not appear.
No due date set.
